COHESIVE GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

THERE IS NO ADEQUATE SYSTEM FOR FAIR AND MEANINGFUL CONSIDERATION 
OF OWNERS' ISSUES AND PROPOSALS.

Recent issues or proposals that have been brought to the Board of Directors, either verbally or in writing, in public session or in individual emails to each member of the Board and the General Manager. None of them have been given full consideration. Some have not even been acknowledged, and some have been denied or dismissed by management out of hand.



The Board's main job - indeed, its only job--is to ensure and protect our quality lifestyle, amenities, and property values. All policies,budgeting, expenditures, personnel actions, organization and committee structure must further that mission. A Cohesive Governance Structure is necessary.
